Shifty or Vampy

True Blood is one show that I often discuss with my friends before writing my blog. So many of us watch and that makes it really fun to guess what will happen next and sometimes clear up things we didn't quite get.

Based on the latest episode I posed the question: If you could be a shape shifter, what would you shift into? Among the answers were Wolf - which then led us to some random conversation about what wolves eat..and another person said they would shape shift into a car. Does anyone want to take a WILD guess and figure out who in my group picked that they would shift into a CAR. I think it is obvious this person does not sit and watch the show with me. For the record I think it would be cool to shift into a Vampire haha, how's that for wanting everything. LOL!



As for the actual episode, it was great to see Bill, Sookie and Eric working together. In a flashback we learn how Eric became a Vampire and who his maker is. It seems that Eric is playing a much larger role then I ever anticipated from Season 1 and for that I am not disappointed at all. I used to be Team Bill but his over protectiveness of Sookie is getting kind of old and as much as I still enjoy the character I think I may be shifting to Team Eric, no pun intended.



Back at Merlotte's we learn that Daphne is a shape shifter just like Sam when she changes into a doe right before our eyes. I can't help but wonder if this is a wonderful coincidence or if she is hiding more then just the fact that she can change shape, after all how did she get those scratches all over her back?

There was a lot of crotch grabbing in this episode. Bill and Sookie, Daphne and Sam, even Jason got touchy feely at Jesus Camp. Obviously Jesus Camp is going to tie into the story in a huge way and I am just waiting for it all to come together. I was in awe of the Vampire killing arsenal that they have and I wonder where I can pick up some cool silver stars to throw around.
